Captain Brad was born near Apalachicola, FL to a father who was a commercial crabber and a mother who worked in the coastal town shucking oysters. He went on to work along the coasts of Florida, Louisiana, & Texas as a commercial crabber, shrimper, & oysterman. in the mid 90’s Brad decided to enter into the restaurant industry and provide a place where people could enjoy fresh and local seafood that was caught by his family & friends in nearby waters. He went on to have three seafood restaurants in the Houston area at the time of his passing in 2017. he believed in serving his guests fresh seafood & treating them like family. from a young age captain brad instilled those same values in his daughter Brittney. she, along with the captain brad’s crew, are excited to bring his vision & principles to Tomball, Tx.
